Application fee per applicant: $55
Holding deposit due at application: $100
Additional Security Deposit - Normal: $200 1bd/1bd den, $300 2bd, $400 3bd - based on results of credit report
Additional Security Deposit - Extra: $500 1bd/1bd den, $700 2bd, $900 3bd - based on results of credit report
Additional Security Deposit - Max: $800 1bd/1bd den, $1100 2bd, $1400 3bd - based on results of credit report
Guarantor Application Fee: $55
Pet deposit refundable: $300
Monthly pet rent: $50 (for 1 or 2 pets)
Garages: $125
Refundable Garage Remote Deposit: $35
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Utility Billing Fee: $3.25
Vacaville Excise Tax: $5
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $25
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $75.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one month's rent if 6 or less months remain in the lease term. A termination fee of two months' rent if more than 6 months remains. A written notice of 30 days must be given.

Comments: Only one refundable deposit of $300 due at move-in for 1 or 2 pets. Pet rent of $50 a month for 1 or 2 pets. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
The Commons Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property.
